How long does a Carbonstone commission take?
Most custom commissions ship within three to six weeks from approval of the design. We come back with a render and a quote inside three working days of receiving your brief.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce single-piece commissions for one-off recognitions as well as multi-piece runs for award programs, tournaments, and corporate gifting.
How much does a custom concrete award cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, engraving, and quantity. As a rough guide, most single custom pieces start around $150 CAD, with volume discounts on larger runs. Every brief receives a written quote within three working days.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. We regularly ship across Canada and to the United States. International shipping is available on request and quoted per order.
